Lisha Crytzer | Founder|CEO
Lisha Crytzer is an entrepreneur and operations strategist with a track record of building, scaling, and turning around organizations across healthcare, financial services, and recruitment. She holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and has spent her career solving structural business problems: redesigning broken operations, building recruitment functions from scratch, and scaling companies well beyond their original scope.
Lisha began her career as Regional Director at a healthcare financial services firm, where she led a 35-person team within a Fortune 500 company. She later moved into operations turnaround work at INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest healthcare organization, where she redesigned the recruitment team's operating model and cut the vacancy rate from 14% to 7%. That work included launching the organization's first foreign recruitment initiative, an early example of the specialized, first-of-its-kind ventures she has built her career around.
In 2001, Lisha founded what is now NurseMatch, a direct placement firm built around a highly specialized market: recruiting Canadian registered nurses into U.S. hospital systems. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 three times, most recently in 2023, built on a model she designed and scaled from the ground up.
Lisha was named Innovator of the Year by the Journal Record in 2003, and again in 2017 for her work with Fast Inc. Network. Her expertise spans operations and logistics planning, HR consulting, business coaching, and company scaling, with particular strength in building specialized, niche-market ventures that outside observers assume can't scale, and then scaling them.
Areas of Expertise: Business Operations & Logistics Planning, Scaling Companies, HR Consulting, Business Coaching, Business R&D, Organizational Turnaround.
